- How quickly can I receive my order?

Orders require at least a 24 hour window ahead. For example, if you order at 7pm on a Wednesday, the soonest delivery would be Friday (assuming availability). We operate Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm.

- Does EZ Concrete help lay the concrete?

No. Per our terms and conditions, the buyer is responsible for offloading, any pumping, storage and any concrete finishing work to be performed. EZ Concrete allows for up to 45 minutes for concrete unloading.

- I need to cancel or change my order. What's your policy?

Orders changes or cancellations are accepted only by Phone. You must speak with a dispatcher at least 90 min prior to schedule delivery, otherwise no refunds will be given. To cancel or make changes to your order, call 614 200 5001.

- How much concrete can I order?

Our trucks can carry up to 3.5 cubic yards of concrete. Concrete can be ordered in 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 Cubic Yard quantities. Multiple trucks can be summoned for orders above 3.5 Cubic Yards i.e. 4 or 6 cubic yard orders

- Can I order more than 3.5 Cubic Yards?

Up to 3.5 Cubic Yards can be ordered online. To order more than 2 Cubic Yards, call or email.

- Can I order concrete for someone else?

Yes, however, it's important that your installer or contractor understands our terms of service. As the buyer, you would be responsible for any overtime, additional material, washouts, etc. Of course, we'd communicate with the buyer, any additional charges or exceptions.
